- All above shown rates are subject to change without prior notice. Only the Service Request Voucher from us confirms the actual rate of service.
- All the rates shown above are in Indian Rupees.
- Reservation without any advance payment will be treated as temperory.
- In the case of night stay the customer should be charged an additional of driver bata per day as indicated
- We will not encourage any type of dicussion/arguements on the rates agreed.
- Any reservation of vehicle / package /pickup /drop should be paid in advance.
- Cancellation should be notified 72 hours before the trip; after deducting the office expenses the advance money [if any] will be returned to the customer. No refund will be entertained if the cancellation is not within the said time.
- This company will not be responsible for any loss, theft, accident etc. during the journey.
- The change of vehicle is final due to the problems which is beyond our limits.
- This Service Request Voucher is a computer generated document and does not need a signature. For further clarifications please call on the service numbers.
- If the advance amount had already paid as cheque/online fund transfer and same installment/payment did not get honored till the end of the journey the customer has to pay the whole amount to the driver.
- If Booking is for Non A/c Vehicle we can not run in A/c or vice-versa. If booking is for A/c vehcile total run will be calculated as A/c only
- If the drop-off destination is other than Service City as indicated in the voucher, customer has to pay the additional charge from that destination to Service City.
- Customer has to pay the full amount[total number of day x minimum daily charge] by cash at the time of start of the journey, if not paid the full amount in advance.
- Per day Kilometers will be carry forwarded from an idle day to an active day.
